THE TRAINING
To build a core that's as powerful as it looks, it takes more than just crunches. In this challenge, you'll tackle 3 ab-focused workouts each week, designed to hit every key area of core strength: FLEXION (to build that 6 pack aka Rectus Abdominis), ROTATION (to carve out your Obliques), and STABILITY (to fortify your Transverse Abdominis).
In addition to your ab workouts, we’ve included 1 HIIT session and 1 Mobility workout each week, designed to supercharge fat loss and keep you injury-free.
With each session taking 20 minutes or less, it’s easy to fit into your schedule. No equipment needed, just the will to push your limits and unleash the true strength of your core!

Yes you do. the challenge is only 6-weeks so you can stay on for the two months and easily cancel after that time frame if the app is not for you.
Yes! This is for any skill level, we have scaling options for certain exercises if you need to work your way up.
No, these sessions are only 20mins so are designed to be added onto your workout for the day. When you subscribe you get access to all 11 programs in the app in addition to this core challenge.
No gym membership or equipment is required for this challenge! Ideally you will have an exercise mat though.
The Core & Mobility workouts should ideally be done first thing in the morning or last thing before bed. The HIIT session is optional and can be added onto the end of your normal workout.
