I purchased this after having been sedentary and unmotivated to workout for about 3 months. This program kept me thinking about the food I was eating and realizing that I don't need a gym or equipment to stay fit and healthy. This program also challenged me and by the end of it kept me motivated and I purchased my second program here! I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is motivated to change and ready to push through that mental quarantine blockage. Also i would recommend you have bands if pull-ups are something you cannot do to much of.
I picked up this workout to get back into full swing after I recovered from a surgery recently and this has been way more fulfilling and a hell of a lot more fun then anything else I’ve done. One things for sure you either push it and get after it. You can’t have any quit on this workout.
Hey guys! That is the best training plan for newbies. When I finish it, I will buy the next step if your guides. I have one moment - I think you need to provide your guides with pictures or videos for examples of every exercise. I had some problems with understanding :D

Really see a difference with bodyweight exercises by practicing this plan ! And without bad muscle fatigue or exhaustion like many others plan who try to improve bodyweight ability. Just improving form, pace and muscular endurance like never without surcharging my body ! Trust the plan it's worth it.

Push-up / Pull-up Plan
This is by far the best training program I have ever done. I’m on week 3 and I can already see progress. I have added a LOT of muscle that is visible and became stronger in doing so. My nagging back pain has drastically been reduced. I 10/10 recommend this program!

I’m loving the Tactical Monster Program. The workload is just right and I like that you can change up the splits of the workout. I’m going on vacation this week and I can’t wait to get back to the program!
Program is well balanced and functional
Enjoying the Tac Monster program. I completed Tac Body Weight during the quarantine lock down and I’m glad I did. I’ve noticed good strength gains and am losing weight while adding muscle. I was bored of the normal routine and programs. Glad I switched to this functional strength training. Get it, you won’t be disappointed. But be prepared to put in the work, if that’s not you then stick with your same old same old.

rough. Still working through it. I add the KB workouts at the end. At 55 its taking me longer but I see improvement!! Love this site.

Great program. I am on week 3 and I’m seeing dramatic results! I like the flexibility and options with the cardio and core exercises. Its easy an easy program to follow and you get out exactly what you put into it.
Really enjoy this workout. Its hard enough to push yourself but easy enough to do without a full scale gym. Will be buying more in the future.

Push-up / Pull-up Plan
I’ve spent a good part of my life staying physically and mentally fit. Between combat sports, military, and many other strenuous hobbies included. I decided it was time to change up my workout routine and give myself more of a challenge. I’m only on my fourth week of the “Lean Machine” workout plan and I am absolutely loving it. It is everything I want! It includes a badass workout routine with lifts for explosiveness and core strength that I wouldn’t normally perform, information to help you better understand the workout, as well as many high intensity conditioning workouts. It’s very customizable as far as choosing active recovery sessions and which high intensity conditioning you want or are able to do. Very much would recommend for literally ANYONE who wants to push themselves to become a better person both physically and mentally.
This is exactly the type of program I needed. I started the body weight workouts and the push up pull up and running programs together. The HTK programs have helped keep me on the path and the brotherhood holds me accountable. All the Way!
