The Hoody and Tshirt i got was very comfortable. It feels great to work out in. I have been getting a lot of compliments. I am happy to put it on and get to hard core work!

Personally I like a bit of a tighter fit, wanted to exchange it and customer service was the best. No questions asked, and no problems to get a L shipped out to me!
The program is awesome but I accidentally bought it twice, one by itself and then with the original bundle. Is it possible I can supplement the one I bought with a different program or get a refund? I sent an email the day I realized I had two of the same program but never got a response.
The shirt was true to size and fit me just as I wanted it to. Definitely going to pick up a couple more shirts from HTK
Tactical body weight is pretty intense and the other ebooks in the original bundle are great and challenging.

Very good programme!
Love the bodyweight program so far. Started from Level 1, couple weeks ago. At this moment, i am at level 3. Although I havent seen any physical changes, i have seen changes in my overall performance. I would recommend others to try this program.
However, the only negative thing i have felt so far is that the complete workouts take very long time to finish. For example level 3 without barely any rest, takes me about 75 minutes and I cannot afford 75 minutes every day.
Went from 235 to 160, then built back up to 180lbs of solid muscle!!
My weight stayed the same, body fat % went wayy down, and lifts all went up!
Biggest challenge was keeping close to macros when in the field, but with enough dedication and the right MREs I was able to stay close those days.
I have lost 5.5kg and feel great. I also feel that even though I was eating less calories I was still able to improve my performance in big lifts and conditioning.
I have always struggled with my nutrition and balancing that with shift work and family life. I feel like this program will allow me to balance my nutrition easier and allow me to get better results in the future. Thank you for teaching me how to manage my nutrition better.
Lost about 10 pounds, strength and muscle sized slightly increased. Cardio increased drastically.

Would like to just say thank you for putting this together. I have enjoyed it thoroughly. I missed my goal weight which was 20lb lost but darn close. Will continue to make progress it has helped kick start great things and helped with my back injury that I am still recovering from. Thank you all very much. Keep up the good work. Lost 12lbs in 30 days. It's the first time trying carb cycling and the program is very easy to follow. If I can do it, anyone can.
