I'm only on the second week, but so far Tactical Bodyweight has met my needs perfectly. I don't have a gym close by, and I don't own any equipment beyond a pull-up bar and a garage floor, yet that's all I need with this program. The routine is simple, straight-forward, and challenging. I was sore all over after week one, which is a great sign. Looking forward to the weeks to come!

Pretty awesome stuff, just wish the exercises had an explanation or if there was a page that had videos showing the workout and the proper form for that work out. Other than that really great stuff!
I am a firefighter and a former strongman competitor. I will be honest, when I first purchased this program and read through the book, I was disappointed. The workouts didn’t seem long enough or complex enough for what I thought would get the results I was after. So I spent a little time trying to find things to supplement or add to it. I purchased the body weight workout and did only that for about 2 weeks, then I began to miss moving some iron. So I planned on doing both the elite operator and the body weight simultaneously. I will say if you are honest with yourself and the percentages they ask for, there is no need. The first week, after doing the heavy lifts, it’s was a straight grind to get the accessory work done. If you are honest with yourself and don’t cut corner and push to the max, this is a legit program that I am now pushing other guys in my engine house to do.

I’m in the middle of week 3 and I have to admit it, I was skeptical about getting an online program because there’s so many of them but this one is doing a great job for me. I’ve noticed some strength improvements in just 3 weeks! So I’ll update when I’m done.
If you’re not in shape, prepare for the suck. To be honest I love this program because it’s well rounded. I wish I could learn more about proper technique with the lifts/swim, but overall it’s a great routine. By day three of each week, I’m excited for the pool. In all honesty it’s a good regimen because it pushes you hard throughout the course of it.
The LM 12w program definitely got me out of my lazy gym routine and hard core challenging my system. Nutrition program was way better than expected. Definitely recommend to others!

Hands down one of the best programs I've ever done. I feel good, mentally as well as physically, which is a step further than most programs I've done. The nutrition guide that accompanies Tactical Monster is a nice touch as well. The program doesn't just go through the motions. It's a challenge. I'll vouch for this program every time.
This plan is great for physical and mental strengthening. I've done the second week test and i already feel stronger.

Really like the conditioning at the end of these workouts. Forces me not to neglect core and smaller muscle groups I’ve been ignoring just to focus on bigger lifts. Also the 5 day in row split makes being consistent easier versus my old 2 on 1 off 2 on split
I was a college athlete but getting into the real world with a desk job really knocked me out condition. This is exactly what I needed to get back into the swing of working out and being healthy again!
