Great workout in short time. Week 3 already seeing and feeling results.
So I am on the 3rd week, and so far it has been brutal. After each Tuesday workout, my body just gets sore all over but I keep on pushing because I know it workouts. So I can’t wait to finish and see the results. Also, been using barefoot shoes to help with balance with the workouts. So come and see what it is all about. But I really enjoy the workouts that HTK Fitness makes. Better than Lean Machine v2 and everything else. Good combinations of workouts. Following this program will definitely take you to a level you desire. I added in swimming for 3 days a week as well. You feel wore down by the end of the week but definitely come back stronger for the next week.
Loving the bundle so far. Got a ton of good, but simple information. Not trying to re-invent the wheel! Just a good solid plan that if you follow and put some discipline in your body that you will see results with.

I wanted to get back into fitness after lazing around for far longer than I'd like to admit. I'm in the middle of week three right now, and couldn't be more satisfied with the training. I'm a woman, and before I started the Lockdown Protocol I could barely to a single push up (a real one, not elevated or from the knees). Now I can do 5. Which might not seem like a lot, but for me that's quite some progress. Thank you so much HTK Fitness for giving me the perfect workout to help build not only my muscles, but also my discipline.
Honestly, as a veteran this has given me the structure and discipline that I surprisingly miss from the Army. It’s kept me motivated and has raised my confidence a great deal.
