Our training has helped former and Active SOF members, Private Military Contractors, SWAT members, Celebrities, and military & Law enforcement, prepare themselves for the real threats they face daily.
We use a balanced mix of lifting, calisthenics, and conditioning, with every session being simple to understand and perform yet effective. You don’t need flashy equipment, or hours in the gym to become a top operator.

I’m in the middle of week 3 and I have to admit it, I was skeptical about getting an online program because there’s so many of them but this one is doing a great job for me. I’ve noticed some strength improvements in just 3 weeks! So I’ll update when I’m done.
If you’re not in shape, prepare for the suck. To be honest I love this program because it’s well rounded. I wish I could learn more about proper technique with the lifts/swim, but overall it’s a great routine. By day three of each week, I’m excited for the pool. In all honesty it’s a good regimen because it pushes you hard throughout the course of it.
The LM 12w program definitely got me out of my lazy gym routine and hard core challenging my system. Nutrition program was way better than expected. Definitely recommend to others!

Hands down one of the best programs I've ever done. I feel good, mentally as well as physically, which is a step further than most programs I've done. The nutrition guide that accompanies Tactical Monster is a nice touch as well. The program doesn't just go through the motions. It's a challenge. I'll vouch for this program every time.
This plan is great for physical and mental strengthening. I've done the second week test and i already feel stronger.

Really like the conditioning at the end of these workouts. Forces me not to neglect core and smaller muscle groups I’ve been ignoring just to focus on bigger lifts. Also the 5 day in row split makes being consistent easier versus my old 2 on 1 off 2 on split
I was a college athlete but getting into the real world with a desk job really knocked me out condition. This is exactly what I needed to get back into the swing of working out and being healthy again!
I’m in the beginning stages of Lean Machine but I feel great! Going to start over and give the 12 weeks my all from start to end!

I am very pleased with the products from Hard to Kill Fitness. I tried the Tactical Beast program and now I am on the Lean Machine. Both provided promising results and both deliver on a hard workout that will push you towards your goals.

Push-up / Pull-up Plan
The shirt is comfortable to wear, having an athletic fit feel and has not shrunk after three washes. Both of the shirts I ordered are now weekly gym wear and I am proud to rock them while representing a great organization of doers such as Hard To Kill Fitness. The designs are simple, not too flashy and gets the message through. I only have good things to say about HTK.

Great plan! I was concerned that it may be geared more for males but I’m really loving the workouts!
Perfect training plan if your striving for a special forces career path. Workouts start out easy-intermediate, progressively become more challenging and they are simple to follow. To me it’s more a test to the mental aspect as every former operator I have ever talked to has said about they’re selection. Lastly if you don’t have access to a pool or whatever selection(if you are) training for doesn’t require swimming email them and ask for an alternative, they sent me a free 6 week running plan that’s very in depth. I highly recommend this to anyone training for SOF selections, CrossFit WODs, or anyone wanting a challenging workout routine.

T shirt was nice but i had to pay an extra £20 on UK customs duty so ended up being a very expensive t shirt
These shirts fit like a champ! In the gym, everyday where, at your gf house and even at the exotic dance club that’s definitely not a strip club hosted in the barracks... 👀.
Perfect fit too, kinda like when you’re in the field, and your buddy forgot his sleep sack so you let him get naked too and he gets to be big spoo... wait... well, can’t unsee that. 🤦🏻♂️
Improving my push ups and pull ups day by day, step by step!!
I've always "kinda" worked out but never had a program to follow. The Tactical Bodyweight program is a serious ass kicker and I love it. The series of steps and tests keep me pushing towards a goal. I DO NOT GET BORED. Also, nutrition has been to confusing (aka me being a lazy POS) for me to dive into and take seriously. Their nutrition and supplements are easy to understand and easy to follow. HTK Fitness rips.
It’s seriously my favorite T shirt. Perfect workouts and even more perfect for daily wear. It fits amazing and feels great!
