This is a great workout. I use it in conjunction with three days of strength per week and a run everyday. In just two weeks I have noticed an overall gain in strength and endurance. The numbers for my calisthenics have increased drastically. I highly recommend this program.
I am two weeks into this program and loving it. The way the workouts are set up is different to how I usually structure my workouts. And I definitely feel stronger because of it.

This is my second program I’ve tried. I have a life long sports background but given my lifestyle I don’t always have time to sit down and develop a longer term plan. Both programs were well set out. Easy for anyone (beginner to advanced) to follow. And well thought out and well balanced. Solid work. I’ve really enjoyed both programs. Currently using the elite operator. Its awesome.

A lot of programs today smash accessory movements like nothing else. In LM, EVERYTHING is functional and translates into better strength, conditioning, power, ect. Awesome program

I’ve had to supplement a few work outs due to some equipment necessities and it definitely is exhausting as I’m working out once in the morning for training and hitting this hard when I get back from work and I’m already getting results, gonna keep at it to see how far it can take make

So this is the thirt program I bought. The first was elite operator, second lean machine and now this one. Every program is one of a kind and perfectly for my work (I'm a soldier in the Dutch army). But this one, this one is intens.. my muscles were shaking all the time in this first week. I am curious in the next 11 weeks. Man! I love it!!

This guide even after just doing the work outs for 2 weeks I notice how much I’m improving and how much more toned I’m becoming. I recommend this guide to anyone interested pursuing military, first responders or anyone who wants to improve their push ups or pull ups!

If you really stick to the plan and follow the workouts step by step you WILL see results. And most importantly don’t skip out on recovery days here!
Almost complete with my second week of 12. So far I’m am enjoying this training layout more than the previous ones. I train in the morning before my work day and I feel more energetic and focused throughout the day even after I kicked my butt performing this course. I’m excited to try the next plan after LEAN MACHINE!!
I've tried a lot of different programs and none of them gave me the results or the sense of accomplishment that the "Tactical Monster" program did. A friend of mine took me through a leg day workout and after that I was hooked. No workout routine has this much flexibility as well as the amount of workouts. With so many options I am able to create muscle confusion and am seeing great results even after only two weeks. I am looking forward to trying different plans once I complete this one.
