Our training has helped former and Active SOF members, Private Military Contractors, SWAT members, Celebrities, and military & Law enforcement, prepare themselves for the real threats they face daily.
We use a balanced mix of lifting, calisthenics, and conditioning, with every session being simple to understand and perform yet effective. You don’t need flashy equipment, or hours in the gym to become a top operator.

I normally don't follow a plan but this caught my attention. I've been hooked ever since and the high intensity conditioning is by far my favorite! i know a lot of the exercises and there are some i don't know. so i'm learning as well. i'm going to keep following and see what else comes out!

I’m through week 8 now. The design of the program is easy to understand. Using more conditioning after lifting than the program says to goes a long way. I’ve lost 19 pounds so far. Diet is the great equalizer. If you don’t diet none of this works. The principles of the program are solid. I like this so much I will purchase tactical monster when finished with lean machine.
Currently in week 2. The workouts' provided in Tactical Monster are amazing. Recommended HTK to a few coworkers as well.

I am consistently looking for ways to improve my numbers on the basics - this plan nails it for pushups and pull-ups. My days of heavy lifting are al but behind me and this program is a great compliment to any regime out there. It’s easy to figure out. All you have to do is put in the work. The price was super reasonable as well. I’ll be looking at more programs through HTK. Nice work guys.

Being in the military I consider myself pretty fit but these workouts are very humbling. I’m excited to see how much fitter I am at the end of the programme!
The challenge keeps me going. Everyday before and after I workout I’m just looking forward to that next workout. Looking at the plan for the day I get genuinely excited because I know just how good and fun that workout will be. I feel challenged during the workout and refreshed when I’m done. Glad I finally committed.

The best training ever🤙
Two weeks in and having completed the first test. So far it’s been a new experience not needing machines or other things to have a successful workout but I have enjoyed this journey and am excited thus far. First test was easier than expected, however I say that as someone who did not just come in off the street. The biggest struggle has been adjusting the nutritional plan as such but things started clicking after the first week. Highly recommend this for multiple reasons, many HTK has already stated, but the biggest thing I can see is the real world training you receive in the military or similar entities.

Push-up / Pull-up Plan
It's an easy to follow program that will challenge your core. Pushups and pullups are some of the best exercises a person can do. I do recommend getting some pull-up bands to help in that area.

I just started week 1, but I love this workout. My body doesn't feel like I am hitting muscles multiple times per week. Love the low-volume, high frequency approach. The leg blasters are killers!

My improvement is steady and the program is well laid out. My upper body strength has improved a lot (duh), and my technique on the movements as well.
So far so good. I like the change and look forward to looking like a monster when I am done
I have been using this for about three weeks now. I have notice a gain in my pushups and being able to do more at the end of a workout when I am fatigued. If you are looking to get your push-up and pull up count up, I recommend this program.
I enjoy the workouts. I've been training hard for 30 yrs and have done it all in the workout world from triathlon training to, power lifting with world record lifters, bodybuilding, strongman with a Worlds Strongest man 4th place finisher and retired starting retired NFL player, cross fit, military training with a retired special forces friend. Even been a certified personal trainer. This program hits it all really well. The only place I can see adjusting which I have in my training is increasing the rep range in the accessory EMOM section. Other than that this program is perfect in my opinion.
