Very hard every workout is a challenge
This program is seriously good and can feel it on day 1, at least for a fitness beginner as myself (only about a year experience). Can't recommend this enough to someone who wants an at home program that they can start the day they get it.
Main goal was to increase my pull-up max. The program did just that. In three weeks it went from 12 to 14 (I maxed on a day with bad sleep, low energy and low motivation). The program makes you rep a significant amount of pull-ups or chin-ups in a short amount of time, and its easy to incorporate into ones workout schedule/program. I'm very pleased with the program so far and can't wait to see where i really peak.
Challenging program but after completing TM I was looking for a way to tone up. Found it with Lean Machine.
The workouts are great and can be modified to fit your unique needs. I’ve tried other programs by other known “military” workouts with a lot of disappointment because of lack of flexibility. What is great about this program is it can be modified which allows you to go through the program multiple times in a variety of ways. Thank you for your online Facebook support group it’s great to talk to like minded individuals with the same fitness goals!
Been really good getting better at pull-ups and pushups
Just finished the second week but it seems a good program. Doing the gym workout, 2 upper and 2 lower weight sessions and then cardio too. Finding it enjoyable and not too time consuming to find around work.
Two weeks in and seeing great results so far. Wish it had more “dedicated” days for chest, back, and shoulders, but I’m starting to like the superset layout of the plan more and more each day.
I love the test as it makes you feel good when you smoke them. Please it shows where I was weakest and allowed me to correct issues. Great plan

The elite operator program is awesome. It’s given me a kick that I’ve needed. I typically plateau when it comes to gains but this has helped push my limits and the nutrition guide is super helpful I never felt more active.
