Best program I've found that fits me and my schedule.
I've used HTK plans before. Specifically Elite Operator. However over the past two years I killed myself with complacency and excuses. Lean Machine is the perfect plan to kill those complacency and excuses!

This program will improve your cardio & muscle endurance. Reading the rutines of this program make you think is gonna be a piece of cake but trust me they're not. Any soldiers slacking at APFT or preping for a physicaly demanding school(air assault, sniperschool,others) while on servicecan take advantage of this program, also civilians preping for bootcamp or veterans like me who want to get back on peak performance, this is the program you want.

When I was training for Special Forces (didn’t end up going, talked myself out of it). I used it to prepare myself for it. I grew exponentially fitter and felt physically confident. When I went for PT in my platoon I was the boss man of running and all that followed from Swimming PT to Rucking.

Very simple workout that challenges even the most experienced lifter in a short time
This program is great for short, quick, and challenging workouts. Only two weeks into the program, supplementing it with CrossFit classes, daily walking, and some running, and seeing good results. I started this after my transition out of the military and into grad school and it has been a great program to keep me motivated and in the gym.
I’m on day 4 of week two. I’m working out of a home gym so Im able to do most all of the gym based workouts. Great change of pace from my old routine and keeps you pushing yourself physically and mentally. Love how the workouts don’t consume 3 hours of my day. They are quick, efficient and simple… but not easy. Great stuff from the boys at HTK I am extremely happy with the program thus far
I enjoy the workout but for some reason I don’t know if it’s a bug issue or what? But when I try to open it, when I’ve bought and downloaded it. The page shows that it denied access. I don’t understand why that is? So I have to keep accessing it through the confirmed purchase email I received to view the page. All in all great workouts keep ‘em coming.
Lean Machine [SHRED]
I’ve been grinding this plan in conjunction with aggressive shred as I had been bulking for some time on tactical monster, but am now on a shred in preparation for my orders in October. I move around a lot, so having an at home built different option combines perfectly with the gym built different plan since I do not always have access to a gym. All in all, no matter your lifestyle, the BUILT DIFFERENT [HOME + GYM] ensures that the grind never ends!!! America!
