We use a balanced mix of lifting, calisthenics, and conditioning, with every session being simple to understand and perform yet effective. You don’t need flashy equipment, or hours in the gym to become a top operator.

Though I’m only on my second week of initiation I love this workout plan! It seriously is for everyone and you can tell a difference by the first week. You get faster and more defined! I’ve tried all the HtK workouts, and I mean even the ones that aren’t public! BUT Elite Operator program is the baddest workout routine I have ever done in my 20+ years of training and SF training!
