From week 1 to week 4 I saw some awesome strength increases from my already big numbers. Went from being able to only get 2 weighted pull-ups at 90lbs to doing 6 at 110. Pressing power went through the roof as well! Great program for newbies to weightlifting and a solid add in for already heavy hitters.

I purchased the HTK Elite operator program recently and I am very happy. Prior to purchasing this program I had bought one of the competitors Tier 1 programs. The thing that I love about the HTK program is they are very laid out in great detail. Not a lot of thinking involved. For about the first 3 weeks I was skepticism about the program because it is very strength based. I am using it to prepare for a selection and I wanted that added edge. I am finding that now my times in runs are coming down and my speed up. I have never struggled with strength so much as endurance and speed. I’m finding this very helpful and would certainly recommend it.
This is the hands down best program to get fit and get you up passed the military standard.

I’m on week three and yes it kicks my a$$ but I can already feel changes to my stamina when doing the accessory work! I would recommend this program to everyone!
This is week four of HTK Tactical Monster and it is awesome. It keeps your body guessing and it always smokes me and lets me know I had a great workout. Looking forward to the rest of the program.
This workout program has really been kicking my butt, but I have made lots of progress and continue to go after it
