REFUND POLICY

We stand by the quality of our fitness programs with an HTK Performance Guarantee.

All fitness programs are covered by a 30 day refund policy.

If you purchase a program and follow it strictly for 21 days and are not satisfied, we will give you a refund on the purchase.

After midnight of the 30th day there will be no refunds processed, no exceptions.

To process your refund send an email to support@hardtokillfitness.co stating the program you bought and the reason that you are not satisfied. From there our team will handle the issue.


EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that sometimes the wrong purchases are made. Because of this, we also have an exchange program for all of our digital products.

If you purchase a program that does not fit your goals and want to exchange it for one that is better aligned with your training needs, send an email to support@hardtokillfitness.co.

In the email please tell us your fitness goals so we can assist you in selecting the best HTK program for you.

The refund policy will still be applicable with exchanges, after the 30 days is up there will be no program exchanges. The date will start on the day of the original purchase.

If you purchase a program on January 1st and exchange it on January 15th, you still only have until January 30th at 11:59 P.M. to contact us regarding a refund.

Please note that this is only applicable to training and nutrition programs.


GEAR REFUNDS OR ISSUES

If you receive your item and it is faulty or damaged please send us an email at orders@hardtokillfitness.co with your order number and images of the issue if possible and we will sort out a solution for you.

 

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
