THE TRAINING

Each week consists of 3x lifting sessions and 3x targeted run sessions. The workouts are easy to perform in any standard gym with sessions ranging from 30-60mins.

We have split your lifting into push, pull & full body sessions to allow you to build muscle & strength without sacrificing energy needed for running. The zone-specific runs are time based so you know how long each session will be.

Many Hybrid Athlete programs are extremely time intensive asking you to run 20+ miles per week along with marathon lifting sessions. This program is for intermediate trainers looking to build muscle, strength and improve their run times over 5 - 10km.

There are two ways to get Hybrid Athlete. It comes in either a e-book format or is available as a subscription option on our app as part of your all access membership. Please consider what suits you best before purchasing you do not get access to both.

After you purchase you will get instant access and prompts to download your program. You will also receive follow-up emails and the chance to create a user account on our website. There is no physical product shipped to you.

Only if you subscribe to the membership. If you purchase this program as the one off purchase you do not get app access, only access to the program as an e-book format.

If you subscribe to the membership on either monthly or yearly the hybrid athlete program is included as one of the all access programs. Monthly costs $14.99 and yearly costs $99.99 charged annually.

Your workouts need an equipped home gym/ standard commercial gym setup. This is only required for 3 days per week and uses standard equipment found in most gyms. 

Absolutely a beginner can perform this program you can reach out to us at support@hardtokillfitness.co if you need extra advice. With your e-book purchase and with the app purchase there are videos to go along with them to help with form on certain exercises.
