 The goal for today is to increase your overall endurance and work capacity as we all know, "fatigue makes cowards of us all" - Vince Lombardi.

WORKOUT:

Warmup: 
Forward and Lateral Leg Swings
Frogger and Cat/Cow
20m High Knees
20m Butt Kicks
20m Backwards Sprint
3x Sprint Accelerations

Workout:
2x800m: Aim for sub 3:00. (Rest the same amount of time it takes to complete)
1 Min: Hand Release Pushups
1 Min: Sit-ups (Chest to knees / USAF Standards)
1 Mile Ruck (55#): Aim for sub 13:00.
1 Min: Hand Release Pushups
1 Min: Sit-ups (Chest to knees / USAF Standards)
2 Mile Run: Aim for sub 16:00.

Cool Down:
Walk for the duration of one song on a HTK playlist.
