Workout for Monday June 15th:
For this workout, you will need two kettlebells weighing 35-53lbseach. Performed as an AMRAP, you will complete as many rounds of the three exercises as possible in the required time frame.
For both kettlebell front squats and kettlebell overhead press, begin in the same position with both kettlebells slightly resting on your chest handles facing inward. Only put down the weight to perform your pushups.
