No. Progress photos are not required to participate. It is strongly recommended to take before & after photos, JUST FOR YOU! A lot can change in 6 weeks & you might just surprise yourself if you give this challenge your all! If you do choose to submit photos, don’t worry, they won’t be made public without your permission.
