THE TRAINING
To get those well-rounded results you don’t have to spend hours upon hours working out, you can reach those performance and physical results in short, targeted sessions.
This training consists of 3x lifting sessions per week and 3x runs. It is easy to perform in any standard gym with sessions ranging from 30-60 mins. Start seeing progress in both areas and watch your body transform.

Is this a home or a gym program?
Your workouts need a good home gym/ standard commercial gym setup. This is only required for 3 days per week and uses standard equipment found in most gyms.
