Workout for Tuesday, April 14th

Zero space or equipment is needed here, but some grit and resilience sure is! You will be hitting each exercise for 40-seconds, then taking a 20-second rest before moving onto the next exercise.

You may not be able to continuously exercise for the 40-seconds but just get as many reps as you can in the time frame. Once you have completed all of the exercises, rest 90-seconds and repeat.

WORKOUT: 5 rounds of 40 seconds on/20 seconds off
Hindu squats
T-pushups
Superman static hold
Split jumps

rest 90 seconds between rounds.
