Workout for Thursday the 22nd November

This workout will help you master your calisthenics. Complete as many rounds as possible of the following circuit and see how many times you make it through in 15minutes.

*For the inverted rows, vary your grips. (Overhand, underhand, close, wide).

AMRAP 15mins - (As many rounds as possible) 
5 Chin-ups
10 Dips
15 Push-ups
20 Inverted Rows
25 Air Squats
