Prepare for a burpee-intensive workout that challenges your cardio and stamina. Warm-up with 3 minutes of light jogging.


WORKOUT:

10-15-20-15-10 Burpees

After each set, perform:
-20 Sit-ups
-15 Barbell Push Press (can use dumbbells)

*90 seconds rest after each round
