Workout For Monday 12th November
For today's session we are going to kill those abs! You will need 2x45lb dumbbells/kettlebells for your farmers carry and a skipping rope to complete this workout.
Go through the circuit 5 times, with no rest between rounds. You can, however, rest where you need throughout. This session is a quick one but really will burn!

Farmers walk x 1min
Skipping x 1min
Flutterkicks x 1min
Side bridge x 30secs
Right Side bridge x 30secs
