Workout for Tuesday 28th May
A 400 Rep challenge that only uses your bodyweight, today's workout will leave you sore for days. Beginning with pull-up's perform all 100 reps before moving onto the next exercise. Keep going until all reps and exercises are complete and finish with a killer 3-mile run. Time yourself and see how long it takes you to get through all 400reps.
TIP: To help get through 100 reps, break them up into more manageable sets, this will stop you burning out and will help you make it through all 100 reps faster.
For example; to complete 100 pull-ups break it up into 10 sets of 10 reps

100x Air Squats
Finish with 3 Mile run in under 24 minutes.
