It's an easy to follow program that will challenge your core. Pushups and pullups are some of the best exercises a person can do. I do recommend getting some pull-up bands to help in that area.

So I’ve been doing this program for 3 weeks now and I have already noticed major improvements. I used to struggle to do 1 proper pull up, now I can do 4. My push ups are slowly going up in numbers but my form is rock solid. I’m building a lot more muscular endurance. I have seen improvemnets when I bench. I’m now able to do proper dips which is something I have not been able to do. This is only week 3. The best part about this program is that it is adaptable, for whatever your push up and pull up levels are. I will continue to do this program because it works. I increased my pushups from 35 to 50 and my pullups from 8 to 10. I did however increase my second and third set max a lot.
I did this program and the Lean Machine program simultaneously which from time to time was a bit much and also lead to me finishing this program in 7 weeks and also some very long sessions I'll the gym.
I can highly recommend this program as a simple and effective way of achieving an increased rep count.
