Good for a burnout after lifting heavy. Ab strength came quick as well. Had to restart due to a bed stay sickness I had for 6 days, felt even stronger after two weeks and a week off.

This program is bad ass!! seeing improvement in all aspects in just a few short weeks. Stay consistent and keep crushing it and results will come! I can't wait to tackle the other programs as well. Very well laid out and they kick your ass....in a great way!!!

I’m only in week 3 but my pull ups have already improved from 12 to 14. My shoulders and chest are showing clear results(some of my shirts fit funny now). And my push-up form is much better, I’m at 62 now, but I’m shooting for 100.
