THE TRAINING

Primal Shred combines kettlebell strength work with high-intensity conditioning to strip fat, build lean muscle, and develop functional fitness that translates to real life.

This program uses dynamic training styles including circuits, pyramids, timed sets, and traditional strength work to keep your body adapting and progress consistent.

Split into two progressive 3-week phases, each block builds on the last to keep you challenged and moving forward.
