It’s a great quick burner
I got Lockdown Protocol due to my local gyms being closed and I have been recovering from a tear/fissure in my lower back L5-S1 for over 3 months. I'm on Phase 2, week 3, and I feel and see my improvement. It gave me a base level to achieve and then extra variations if I needed more of an ass kicker, the circuits are my favorite by far.
I'm happy to feel stronger again and building up my back again has me feeling like I'll be able to lift weights when I can get to a gym or just order some weights online.
HTK works, you just have to do it!
