SHUTTLE RUN SESSION

This weeks workout will get your heart racing and test your fitness level. All you need for this session is space to run and a bench or box for your step ups. 

For this session, we have thrown in shuttle runs, which is a great exercise for building speed and agility along with increasing your conditioning. 

Complete 4 rounds of the following circuit resting 90secs between rounds. 

WORKOUT: 4 ROUNDS

60yd shuttle run (15yds out & back twice)
15x Step-ups (each side)
15x Burpees

Rest 90 seconds
