PYRAMID OF DOOM

Workout for Tuesday 9th of October

Truly a pyramid of doom, for today's workout we are testing your endurance. For this session, you will be starting with descending reps. Perform 10 reps of each exercise, before moving to 9 reps of each, and so on until you finish at 1.

Rest as you need throughout just make sure you don't move on to the next rep count without completing the correct amount for each exercise. After you've finished your descending exercises, rest 3 minutes before you move on to the Ascending exercises.

Finish off today's session with a 2-mile run and aim to get it done it in 15 minutes or less.

Descending: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Deadlift 175lbs & Pull-ups   

Rest 3 Minutes


Ascending: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Ring Dips /or regular bar dips & Chin-ups

Finish with a 2 Mile run
