Workout for Friday 22nd September
Today we are hitting things hard and fast! Perform each exercise for 60secs moving through until you reach the end finisher.
There is no rest in between so challenge yourself to make it through each exercise without breaking.
Before you start, you will need one 35lb Kettlebell and a stopwatch to time yourself.

Goblet Squat
Kettlebell swings – left arm
Kettlebell swings – right arm
Push-ups
Flutter kicks
Kettlebell thrusters
Mountain Climbers
Pull-ups
Crunches
Dips
Kettlebell row – left arm
Kettlebell row – right arm
FINISHER:
Run 1Mile.
