Front raises x 10

Overhead press x 10

Standing twists x 10 / each side

Shovels x 10 / each side

Overhead tri extensions x 10

Bicep curls x 10

Use a 25-45lb weight plate


Complete 4 rounds total with 60-90s rest between rounds
