Workout For Tuesday 21st August

For today's session, I want you to get outside and get to work!

Before you begin, grab two implements weighing 45lbs or more, which can be dumbbells / kettlebells / jerrycans / ammo boxes.
You don’t need a great deal of room for this workout but ideally aim for at least 20m so you’re not having to turn around too often during the farmers carry section.

When you’re set and ready to go, hit the stopwatch and perform the following exercises one after the other until you have completed all 5 Rounds.

100m Farmers carry – 45lbs each hand minimum.
40 Crunches
30 Air Squats
20 Push-ups
10 Pull-ups

**Rest where needed just remember to pace yourself from the start you have 5x rounds to push through.
