We decided to take a step back from our regular focus of 'Performance First' for this plan. Not only because it was requested but because we know if you look good, you feel good. To put it simply the added confidence will transfer across to your line of work.

Your workouts will prioritize the development of certain muscles such as Chest, Shoulders and Arms. The muscles that are going to make the most difference to your overall appearance.

I cant do rihg dips.

Great Plan

Yet another plan that is gonna help me kick my own rear into gear. Started with Tactical Monster and fell in love with this plan as soon as I saw it. Can't wait to see the end results of the program.

Classified CIA Plan

Awesome plan. Very simple, yet very effective.

Not bad

Has interesting workouts that definitely get results, however I feel like the work put into the workout wasn’t very well done. There were many typos and inconsistencies. That being said it’s about the workout and it does a nice job of improving yourself.
