Workout for Tuesday 6th November
This workout takes rucking to the next level. To complete, you'll need a 50lb or heavier ruck and a rope you can climb. If you don't have a rope don't stress you can substitute that exercise for bent over rows with your ruck.
Perform as many rounds as possible in 60mins and then record your stats!
AMRAP 60mins ( as many rounds as possible in 60mins)
+1 Mile Ruck (50lb minimum ruck)
+2x 15’ Rope climb (Take ruck off back for this)
Alternatively if no rope;
50x Bent rows using Ruck.
+1 Minute forward leaning rest.
