THE TRAINING

Mixing military-style calisthenics with old-school bodybuilding movements this is similar to our first OP: HTK challenge, yet your sessions are faster paced with more supersets and minimal rest. Helping you build muscle density and conditioning in shorter time.

If you are at a commercial gym, you will have everything you need as this uses standard equipment.

Note: *There are machine exercises in the program, but we will help you find alternatives to any exercises you don't have the equipment to perform.*
