Starting out it’s great to have a base level of strength, like performing 10 push-ups and 5 chin ups. That said, we’ve had many clients join that couldn’t perform a chin-up and after the first month, managed to bang out 5.

I am really liking the program that I am using currently. It is demanding for me physically so I have to be disciplined in order to put in the effort every day. I know that it will be worth it in the end, anything worthwhile is not easy to achieve. I also enjoy the fact that these programs are the complete package, not just cardio or weightlifting. If you’re willing to put in the work, the reward is a greatly improved physical and mental strength.

Extremely humbling 2 weeks. I hardly ever ran before starting this. My cardio would mainly consist of playing hockey 2 times a week with some BJJ mixed in. Down from 212 to 206. Loving the program. Continuing to move forward every day.
I purchased the HTK Bundle which came with 4 different programs and a nutrition plan. Each program is centered around a different focus, Hybrid Training (muscle and endurance), HIIT Resistance training (times set ratios), Hypertrophy (build muscle program) etc. but doesn't get too far away from a familiar gym workout. When I have tried programs in this niche before I found they were too outside the realm of what I actually like to do in the gym which is lift and get a pump. Meaning the lifting portions and exercise selection tried to be TOO unique or TOO original. So far in the hybrid program I've been surprised at how effective the 3 lifting days are and the running days are pushing me outside the comfort zone which is partly what I wanted. I still get to do the lifts I like AND increase my cardio and performance without a bunch of burpees and calisthenics. For $88 I essentially got 6-8 months of quality diverse programming with a shopping list and meal plan. Even more if I cycle thorough and run the programs back again, which the diversity among the 4 programs make it a real possibility. Catching the bundle on sale is the way to go, but if not this bundle still has value up to $150. Nice work HTK.
