"Hard to Kill changed the game. Before I started, my lifts were decent - benching 220, squatting 305, and deadlifting 365. But after grinding through the program, I pushed those numbers to 270 on bench, 415 on squat, and 465 on deadlift.
My body transformed too. My arms grew from 16" to 16.5", chest from 41" to 43.25", and thighs from 23.5" to 25" all while bringing my waist down from 32.5" down to 32"."
