Core strength is important for every aspect of your training and weak abs means weak performance. This program combines the right kind of Core workouts with HIIT and Mobility sessions to define your abs while improving performance and durability.

With quick effective workouts this designed to be added to your current training program. No equipment is required so you can roll out of bed and get it done.

All you need is 6-weeks of dedication and only 15-20 mins 4-5x per week. Perform this program alongside any of our other HTK programs for ultimate results. 

THE TRAINING

With 3x ab workouts per week each of which works on all three elements of a strong core, Flexion (Rectus Abdominis), Rotation (Obliques) and Stability (Transverse Abdominis). 

Along with your ab workouts we have scheduled 1x HIIT session and 1x mobility workout. This is to accelerate fat loss and prevent injury. 

If you want to build a stronger midsection and transform your overall performance, then this is the perfect program for you.
