WORKOUT: NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS
Diamond push-ups
Kneel to Squat
2 count mountain climbers
Wide push-ups
Reverse lunge to high knee
Plank Jacks
You will be following a descending rep scheme from 20 reps down to 2 for each exercise. So 20 reps of each exercise, then move to 18 of each, 16 and so on until you finish with 2 reps on each.
All up you will be doing 110 reps of each individual exercise.
Rest whenever you need.
