-400m run
-20 Medicine Ball Slams (moderate weight)
-15 Diamond Push-Ups (modified if needed)
-24 Alternating Reverse Lunges (12 each leg, bodyweight or holding light dumbbells)
-30 Up-down Planks

*1 minute rest between rounds
