The Phoenix Circuit

This is a challenging workout to build total body strength and endurance. Begin with a 400m light jog to warm up.

 

Workout: 5 Rounds

-400m jog 
-15 Kettlebell Swings (moderate weight)
-12 Push-Ups (modified if needed)
-20 Walking Lunges (10 each leg, bodyweight or holding light dumbbells)
-15 Mountain Climbers (each side)

*1 minute rest between rounds
