Build explosive strength and total body power with this challenging workout. Begin with a 400m light jog to warm up.

 

Workout: 5 Rounds

-400m run 
-20 Kettlebell Swings
-15 Pike Push-Ups (modified if needed)
-24 Walking Lunges (12 each leg, bodyweight or holding light dumbbells)
-30 Plank Shoulder Taps (15 each side) 

*1 minute rest between rounds
