Workout for Friday 2nd November

This workout will literally be 20minutes of torture! Get through as many rounds as you can in the time frame and let us know how you do. 

All you will need for this session is a clock, space to run and a pull-up bar.  


AMRAP 20 mins (as many rounds as possible)
Run 800m
30 Explosive push-ups (Drop to knees at failure and continue)
20 Pull-ups
10 Broad Jumps
