    WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS AND VOLUME 2?
    Tactical Monster 1.0 emphasizes a three-phase system (Volume, Strength, Hypertrophy) to optimize full body muscle growth without overtraining. Tactical Monster Volume 2, still helps you hit the same goals, but with a greater emphasis on building size for the upper body, and strength for the Lower body & entire Posterior chain. 

    The first volume is a body part split with five sessions per week whereas Tactical Monster Volume 2 is only four lifting sessions per week. 2x upper body, 1x lower body and 1x full body.

    IS THIS A HOME OR GYM PROGRAM?
    Your weight sessions will require a gym with basic equipment, this is 5 days a week. If you have a home gym setup you may have most of the equipment, a full list of what is required can be found above. There are always substitutions that can be made feel free to reach out to us.

    Although I like it, I would say that I preferred Lean Machine (first version). I like the build of the workout more in LM because I felt it was more functional. Also it was more flexible and I like the HICs more in there. So I am actually using some HICs sessions from there.
