These programs use standard equipment found in most commercial gyms.

How many days per week do I need to train?
The programs require 6 training days per week - 3 strength training sessions and 3 running sessions but you can condense the schedule by lifting & running the same day. Sessions range from 45-70 minutes and are designed to fit busy schedules while delivering maximum results.
I'm a beginner - can I do this program?
While designed for intermediate trainees, motivated beginners can absolutely succeed with these programs. The progressive structure allows you to build up gradually.
What's the difference between Hybrid Athlete 1.0 and 2.0?
