THE TRAINING

Being combat ready means building functional strength that translates to real-world movements, explosive power for quick bursts of action, and endurance to sustain long periods of physical exertion.

This bootcamp style training will help you do that by using a mix of AMRAP’s (as many reps as possible) and circuit training. Made up of two 3 week phases this program will keep you progressing and challenging yourself.

FAQ's

What weight should my dumbbells be?
It will work best if you have dumbbells from 5lbs up to 40lbs. This will depend on your strength as most people won’t need dumbbells heavier than 30lbs (15kg). 

Is this a stand alone program or do I need to add it to another one?
This is a full program on its own. They are quick targeted workouts but will leave you gassed. 

Does this give me app access?
No it does not. This is the ebook one off purchase of this program. You need to subscribe to our membership to get all program access on the app.
