Workout for Tuesday 17th July

Today's workout will have you performing a circuit combining barbell and bodyweight movements to target every muscle and build your conditioning in the shortest time possible. Do this with a friend and challenge each other to a competition.

As you get tired and the workout goes on, make sure you still focus on form as when this breaks down there is more risk of injury occurring, especially in explosive movements.

I recommend using a bar weighing either 90lb (40kg) or 135lb (60kg). If you can use more, more power to you!


20 Min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible).
5x Hang Cleans
10x Front Squats
15x Pull-ups / Inverted Rows
20x Push-ups
