MAN OR MOUSE

This session is about building your stamina, testing your mental fortitude and building your capacity to demonstrate strength while under fatigue.

Each round will begin with a 400m sprint that you should be performing at 85-90% effort followed by 25 man makers using 2x 20 - 35lb dumbbells. Once you've completed all of your reps, put the weights down, put your hands on your head and breathe deep to prepare yourself for the next sprint.
