Workout for Monday 16th April
This session we are bringing you 30minutes of torture. Perform the conditioning workout below and see if you can last till the end. 30minute EMOM (every minute on the minute) perform the required exercise for the entire minute until the minute until you reach that 30min mark. Do as many reps as you can of each exercise.
I don't expect you to be able to perform the exercises for the entirety of each minute, so rest if you need but the goal is to push through the pain and get it done!
30Minute EMOM
Minute 1: DB Thrusters
Minute 2: Burpees
Minute 3: Rest
Repeat until 30mins are up.
