Yes you do. the challenge is only 6-weeks so you can stay on for the two months and easily cancel after that time frame if the app is not for you.
Yes! We have changed the training up slightly but we did run this training at the start of 2022.
No. This is not recommended for complete beginners. however, we do have a beginner program in the membership you can check out and use for this challenge instead.
