This is NOT for beginners.
These workouts are intense with more advanced lifts along with conditioning that would break most people. Each session is fast and can be run in any regular gym to help fit your busy work schedule. This program will help you;

THE TRAINING

Each week consists of 4x lifting sessions using old school, high density bodybuilding work across a traditional body part split. Heavy, structured, and built to add size these workouts take between 45-75mins and can be performed in any standard gym.

The conditioning is a combination of explosive HIIT & slow steady base building, rotating week to week to keep your V02 max climbing and your sessions from ever feeling routine. Including;

Many Hybrid Athlete programs are extremely time intensive asking you to run 20+ miles per week along with marathon lifting sessions. This program is for intermediate trainers looking to build muscle, strength and improve their run times over 5 - 10km.

There are two ways to get Breacher Protocol. It comes in either a e-book format or is available as a subscription option on our app as part of your all access membership. Please consider what suits you best before purchasing you do not get access to both.

After you purchase you will get instant access and prompts to download your program. You will also receive follow-up emails and the chance to create a user account on our website. There is no physical product shipped to you.

Only if you subscribe to the membership. If you purchase this program as the one off purchase you do not get app access, only access to the program as an e-book format.

If you subscribe to the membership on either monthly or yearly the hybrid athlete program is included as one of the all access programs. Monthly costs $24.99 and yearly costs $134.99 charged annually.

Your workouts need an equipped home gym/ standard commercial gym setup. This is only required for 3 days per week and uses standard equipment found in most gyms.
