Tactical Athlete 2.0 plan includes the complete formula you will need to guide you to that level. Taking all of the guess work out for you with a clear plan of attack!

Designed to increase your work capacity in the important domains of selection, while also testing you mentally!!

    RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT

    • Pull-up bar.
    • Ruck or ruck like bag (Sturdy backpack)
    • Dumbbells, Kettlebells or Weighted plates. – 20/30/40lbs etc, up to 45lbs
    • Boots (Worn in).
    • 400m track or open area to run.
    • Access to a Swimming pool.
    • Stopwatch.
    • 15’ Rope for climbing. (If you don’t have access to this, we can substitute it with pull-up variations)

    I love the page, love the quick response you give. I won't jump onto this program till the new year. Going to purchase lean machine in October and knock that out first. Especially with winter approaching and all the food.

    Combined it with my current powerlifting program in order to maintain. It was amazing. Difficult at times
