This advanced 12-week plan was created to help you become the most physically and mentally strong elite operator possible. I know that those in the military need their performance levels to be at a very high standard no matter the task. They may not be the biggest, strongest, fastest but they are the kings of all-around performance.
This is necessary to make sure they are prepared for anything that comes their way on and off that battlefield. This means not only training extremely hard but also training smart.
Elite operator is designed to give you the complete framework needed taking all the guesswork out, so you have more time to focus on truly preparing yourself. The right training created for and used by SOF, which helps them become battle-ready.

- 6x Days per week training with training ranging from 45-75+ minutes each**
- 4x Lifting Days / 2x Running / 1x Swimming / 1x Rucking
**The session time above will ramp up as you progress as your trucking sessions will reach 120-180min(ALL THE BELOW SAME AT LEAN MACHINE)
