This program focuses on hitting the full body 4 days per week utilizing higher reps along with supersets and drop sets in order to help you burn fat and increase your conditioning.
Conditioning sessions are programmed in 5 days per week focusing on a variety of high-intensity interval sessions and active recovery (LIC).
- 4x Full body lifting sessions per week (50-70 mins)
- Short HIIT cardio sessions that rapidly accelerate fat loss and keep you burning fat for 48 hours after your cardio session. (8-15 mins)
