Kolapo here. Giving this workout a go now and I am actually baffled as to how strong I've gotten from doing your workouts. It took me 5 times to find a weight I could lift for a 5 rep max as I was using ones that are now too light for me that used to be too heavy. Love your stuff man. 💪💪
