Purchasing Tactical Monster 2.0 automatically reserves your spot in the competition and makes you eligible to compete for the prizes. However, if you purchase you are not obliged to actually compete/submit results. If you do choose to compete you must follow the rules and provide us the information required.
Measurements and performance detailed specified by us to you by email, are due BEFORE the 27th November (a week after the competition commences). If you fail to present these details to us before the above date, with no prior arrangement or reasoning then you will be disqualified from competing. This is to provide a fair environment for all involved. Final results are to be presented by the specified date no later than 14days after the final specified training day.
You are required to provide us with truthful information and if it is proven that you have given false information on presenting your before or after results, then we have the right to disqualify you.
Our decision on winning participants is final.
This competition is open internationally to persons in all countries. Men and women are eligible to compete however this plan has specifically been designed for men.
Please consult your physician or other healthcare professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs. This is particularly true if you (or your family) have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you have ever experienced chest pain when exercising or have experienced chest pain in the past month when not engaged in physical activity. Also if you smoke, have high cholesterol, are obese, or have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in physical activity. Do not start this training plan if your physician or health care provider advises against it.
If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately. If you encounter an injury while performing this plan please seek medical advice before continuing.
