I’m giving a 4 star right now, but that’s not bad. I just finished my 3rd week. I’m not sure the physical results just yet. I had thought of waiting until the end of the 4th week to check measurements. I definitely like the workouts. I know I need to eat more, as I’m hovering around 187-189. I like lean more than looking “puffy” and so far that’s working out. Perhaps I’ll check the measurements after the 3rd week and update my comments. Thanks.
I just enlisted and I'm about to ship out. I Love both programs, I'm already a fanatic in terms of putting my body through the ringer, if I could some how become apart of the brand in the future I'd be stoked
I began Tactical Monster in October 2018 and cannot day enough things about this program. During the summer, I was sidelined by shoulder surgery & sinus surgery, so my fitness fell off the map. I completed the program last week & I’m almost back to where I was before I injured my shoulder. I love the mixture of the programming and the high intensity conditioning workouts will push you to your limit. As a 45-year-old former career firefighter, this is the best program for first responders as it is as well-rounded as they get. I’ll test my maxes in the squat, bench, & deadlift this week. I may not be where I was but with this program, I’ll be close. Next week, I’ll start Lean Machine & am super excited.
