This program has helped me lean out significantly. While I am only 4 weeks in, I can certainly see physical changes. More important than this, my work capacity has greatly improved for the EMOM portion of this complex as well as for other workouts I do. Pair this with the free 6 week running improvement plan and you have two great workouts for the day that will lean you out for sure.
I’m finishing up Week one of Lean Machine and I’m loving the style of the program. I’m feeling the results after just one week. Thanks for creating another challenging program.
