I purchased this program while preparing entry into the Australian Army, unfortunately due to past medical issues I wasnt allowed past assessment. I was crushed, so instead of using this program to give me the edge for selection, I used it to help me push through the discouragement. This program is excellent, I'm on week 3 now and the results are seen and felt. I truly see that this program with push me to the best I can be physically and push me mentally. I would recommend this for sure. Thankyou
I'm still in high school and want to get ready for wrestling and plan on enlisting in the Marine Corps when I graduate and wanted a program to get me ready and I'm going into week 4 and I'm seeing results in the gym and the mirror already so it's worth the 3 mile runs on leg day.
This Programm totally kicks my ass every session but I never had so much fun while exercising
From week 1 to week 4 I saw some awesome strength increases from my already big numbers. Went from being able to only get 2 weighted pull-ups at 90lbs to doing 6 at 110. Pressing power went through the roof as well! Great program for newbies to weightlifting and a solid add in for already heavy hitters.
