DECK OF CARDS

WORKOUT FOR FRIDAY 27th

Change up your workout with this fun but brutal card game. All you need is a full deck of cards and your own bodyweight. 

Each card in the deck represents an exercise and a rep range. Flip a card from the deck and perform the exercise and amount it represents following the code below. Go through all cards one at a time until you finish the whole pack! 

This game is best performed with a group of friends or your unit for a competitive motivator.

Note: Make sure the deck you are using is a full set and isn't missing the jokers as these mean 'rest' and without them, you will truly be suffering. 

WORKOUT:

Reps:
Joker = 30secs rest
Ace = 25reps
Face Cards = 20reps
Number Cards = The number on the card equals the number of reps

Exercise: 
♠️ spade = Crunches  
♦️ diamond = Push-ups
♣️ club = Burpees
♥️ heart = Squats Notes

Rest 30secs between cards. 1x full pack
